odd? curiouser and curiouser!
user was suspended. it should have been a reserved name. livejournal purged it. somebody renamed to it and they couldn't access ANY of their journal. user told livejournal, livejournal say 'our bad' and reversed the renaming. user is now purged again. try renaming to it ;)
